Home Feeling
Home Feeling is a UK-based online retailer specialising in affordable, space-saving home appliances. From refrigeration and laundry to wine coolers and dishwashers, the brand exists to make everyday living easier, without the premium price tag.
By mid-2025, Home Feeling had a strong product range but lacked the digital foundations needed to compete with established names in a crowded appliances market. That’s where Brave came in.

Home Feeling approached Brave with a clear ambition: drive meaningful online growth and build a sustainable marketing strategy.
The challenge was equally clear. Prior agency support had been reactive and fragmented. As a result:
The goal wasn’t just more traffic. It was profitable growth, improved customer journeys and a platform that could scale with the brand.
Before making any recommendations, we conducted a full audit across SEO, content, paid media and analytics to understand where performance was being held back.
Our SEO health check revealed several structural issues that were limiting organic growth.
Content was also underperforming commercially. While blog traffic existed, 65% of users landed on informational content and only 1% went on to view a product or category page, creating a clear disconnect between traffic and revenue.
Keyword growth was happening, but in the wrong places. Rankings were largely driven by long-tail informational terms, with limited visibility for commercial product categories. This restricted the organic revenue potential and overall traffic share in comparison to competitors.
Home Feeling had not yet explored paid media as a scalable channel. Conversion tracking was limited, attribution unclear, and campaign structure non-existent. This meant there was no reliable way to invest confidently or optimise performance.
Rather than treating SEO, content and paid media as separate channels, we built a joined-up strategy focused on the full customer journey, from discovery to purchase.
We began by putting data and performance clarity first. GA4 and eCommerce tracking were rebuilt to ensure key user actions were accurately captured, while attribution was refined to reflect real contribution rather than generic metrics. Technical SEO fixes improved crawl efficiency, page speed and indexation, creating a stable platform for future growth. Comprehensive schema implementation across products, categories and supporting content ensured search engines could properly interpret and display Home Feeling’s offering.
This groundwork allowed every subsequent decision to be led by confidence, not assumption.
Our SEO strategy focused on shifting emphasis from visibility alone to revenue-driving intent. Priority product categories were restructured and optimised around keyword demand, supported by clearer metadata and internal linking. Informational content was aligned more closely with commercial journeys, helping users move naturally from research to consideration. This approach preserved top-of-funnel reach while strengthening the site’s ability to convert organic demand into sales.
SEO became a commercial channel, not just a traffic source.
Content was treated as a powerful asset within the customer experience. We focused on real customer questions around energy usage, sizing, efficiency and running costs, building trust while guiding users towards relevant products. Improved signposting and internal links ensured content played an active role in conversion, rather than sitting in isolation.
The result was content that supported both discovery and decision-making.
Paid media was introduced with a structured, test-and-learn approach. We built a clean Google Ads account from the ground up, prioritising product-led campaigns and brand protection before scaling spend. Performance Max and remarketing allowed us to capture high-intent demand efficiently, while continuous optimisation ensured budgets followed results. Investment increased only when performance justified it, protecting profitability at every stage.
Over just six months, Home Feeling moved from fragmented activity to a connected, customer-focused strategy. With solid foundations in place, SEO, content, and paid media worked together to drive measurable growth across traffic, revenue and customer acquisition. Visibility increased, intent was captured more effectively, and, crucially, performance translated into sales. Rather than isolated wins by channel, the outcome was channel-wide growth built on better data, clearer journeys and smarter investment decisions.
By fixing the foundations, aligning channels around customer intent and focusing relentlessly on performance, Home Feeling moved from under-utilised potential to scalable growth, with clear visibility on what drives results.
