The Challenge

Despite an established brand presence, Polished London faced mounting competition in the oral care and beauty space. Paid campaigns were under-optimised, leading to inefficient spend and missed opportunities. On top of that, email marketing wasn’t being fully utilised, meaning a large existing audience wasn’t nurtured effectively. To sustainably grow, Polished London needed a cohesive, data-led strategy that worked across acquisition and retention.

The Solution

We created a unified performance marketing strategy spanning Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing via Klaviyo. On Google Ads, we restructured campaigns around high-intent generic keywords such as “teeth whitening” and optimised the Google Shopping feed to ensure visibility where buying intent was strongest. Meta Ads were overhauled with a focus on creative testing, segmented audiences, and tailored campaigns for the UK and Ireland markets – balancing broad awareness with precision retargeting. Meanwhile, Klaviyo became a powerful engine for retention, with new automated flows (including cross-sell, abandoned basket, and post-purchase sequences), weekly campaign emails, and A/B testing to refine engagement. By integrating these channels into a cohesive funnel, we created a streamlined customer journey that delivered both immediate sales and long-term loyalty.
