    Our Interview Process

    When you’re looking for the right place to work, transparency matters. So instead of keeping our interview process a secret, here’s a step-by-step overview of what to expect. It may change a little depending on the role or circumstances, but this is how it usually tends to go down.

    1. Introduction Call

    This is a casual chat – the perfect opportunity for us to learn more about you, your background, your experience and your interests. You’ll also learn more about Brave and the specifics of the role.

    2. First Interview

    If the chemistry’s right and we hit it off, you’ll be asked to attend an official interview. This is where we start to dive into your technical skills and experience to work out whether you’re a fit for the role. It also gives you the opportunity to ask any more specific or in-depth questions you have about the role and its responsibilities.

    3. Technical Test

    We’ll set a brief specifically for your chosen field to assess your approach as well as your technical skills. Hopefully, you’ll enjoy completing the task and getting the chance to really flex your muscles!

    4. Final Interview

    Nail the technical test and you’ll be asked to attend one final interview. We’ll ask you how you found the task and how you approached it, before talking through any further details that help us identify you as a member of the Brave team.

    5. Decision & Feedback

    Hopefully, this is where we offer you the job and we all live happily ever after. But if the role isn’t a good fit, we won’t leave you in the dark: you can count on us for honest feedback.
