We’re thrilled to announce the release of our first ever eCommerce 202X report, created following a survey of more than 260 marketing professionals across 25 different sectors. It’s the first time we’ve done anything like this at Brave, and we’re excited to share our findings with you. Much of what we discovered certainly surprised us – like the fact that only 18.6% of brands surveyed are currently prioritising customer retention over new customer acquisition.
There are plenty more juicy statistics just like that in our report, but the insights don’t end there. As well as crunching the numbers, we’ve analysed the findings of our survey in detail, explaining what they mean for you and your business. We’ve suggested a number of next steps to help you capitalise on the mistakes your competitors might be making, too.
Just like you, we want to know what’s really happening within the world of eCommerce marketing. We want to know what brands are doing right and where they could improve – and we want to help businesses like yours succeed. It’s what we’ve been doing since 2000, after all.
Created following input from brands like Currys, Levi’s, McCain, Sky, Three and more, the eCommerce 202X report aims to answer the questions that really matter to eCommerce, digital and marketing managers, directors and CMOs. It aims to give you the clarity you need to develop a marketing strategy that works, regardless of how big or small your business is (or what it sells).
In a nutshell, the eCommerce 202X report isn’t just about delivering statistics for statistics’ sake: it’s about helping you take your business to the next level.
From the outset, we knew we wanted to create something that could directly benefit businesses across the eCommerce landscape. That’s why the 202X report isn’t just a collection of numbers and infographics. We took what we learned from the survey and applied our 25 years of digital marketing experience, adding context to each and every number and creating a story that clearly illustrates what brands are doing right and where they’re going wrong.
Instead of merely presenting you with a list of statistics, we delved deeper, explaining what they mean in practice and how they relate to your brand’s own marketing efforts. We’ve identified opportunities that your competitors are missing out on, and given you the knowledge you need to capitalise on them yourself.
In a nutshell, the eCommerce 202X report isn’t just about delivering statistics for statistics’ sake: it’s about helping you take your business to the next level. There’s no need to analyse the numbers yourself or read between the lines, because we’ve done the hard work for you.
Sounds rather intriguing, doesn’t it? The best part is, it’s free to download. All you need to do is head over to our eCommerce 202X page, enter your details and hit confirm. We’ll then send you a link so you can read the report whenever you want.
This might be the first eCommerce 202X report we’ve produced, but it won’t be the last. If you’d like to have your say next time around, make sure you follow our LinkedIn or Instagram to be notified when our next survey goes live.
