RxSport is a UK-based leader in sports eyewear, that empowers individuals with a clear vision for their active pursuits. They came to us wanting to migrate from their old site, and we worked on a user-centric redesign that almost doubled site conversion rates.
RxSport had a few objectives in mind for the launch of their new website. Primarily, they wanted to ramp up online revenue through conversions and sought to streamline the purchase process for intricate prescription products, ensuring a uniform shopping experience across their entire range.
Crafting a solution that met RxSport’s objectives required a complete overhaul of its website structure, focusing on enhancing the customer experience, ensuring seamless navigation and a cohesive journey for every visitor. We mapped out key user journeys, prioritising the purchasing process for bespoke prescription products. We would guide users effortlessly from initial site entry to checkout, infusing each step with added value.

Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) was key to this project. We began with discovery workshops aimed at defining the project scope, goals, target audience and desired functionality. For any site migration, our SEO team is on hand for a smooth transition while fine-tuning the website to achieve pristine performance. On the technical SEO front, we optimised URL structures for search engine friendliness and placed a premium on mobile responsiveness. Onsite imagery, page speed, and internal response codes were all fine-tuned to boost the user experience, and we also conducted a thorough review of on-page content to ensure quality, alignment with best practices and internal linking throughout the site to ensure a smooth user journey from content to conversion.
We refined the site structure to have a logical hierarchy and developed wireframes for essential pages to lay the groundwork for intuitive design. For complex prescription products, we crafted unique user flows that optimise this specific customer journey as much as possible. Finally, we brought the design to life with high-fidelity artwork, incorporating fonts, colours, layouts and brand elements to reflect RxSport’s identity.
